- Telephonic Teacher Assist – Teacher-On-Line provides telephonic academic assistance that allows learners to interact with a qualified teacher on a variety of subjects:
- CAPS-aligned curriculum preloaded on the interactive teacher platform.
- We help students, grades 4-12.
- The curriculum we work from is CAPS (Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement), aligned and relevant to both public and private schools, in all major subjects
- Legal Assist – Legal Assist is a 24-hour telephonic advice line manned by qualified in-house attorneys who provide guidance on all legal matters:
- Unlimited general telephonic legal advice.
- One free 30-minute consultation.
- One free letter of demand.
- One free telephone call.
- Standard documents that can be used by you.
- Telephonic Trauma Assist – A policyholder can contact the telephonic trauma line, 24 hours a day, to speak to an experienced and caring nurse:
- Telephonic trauma debriefing, 24 hours a day, by qualified nurses.
- If the Qualified Nurse’s assessment indicates that the client needs professional assistance, a face-to-face counselling session will be arranged. The cost of these sessions is paid by the patient.
