{"id":347,"date":"2025-07-29T12:55:16","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T12:55:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/samhsfund.co.za\/?page_id=347"},"modified":"2025-08-13T17:27:04","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T17:27:04","slug":"siyavika-assist-services","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/samhsfund.co.za\/index.php\/siyavika-assist-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Siyavika Assist Services"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The following assistance services are provided to all active Siyavika Policy Holders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Telephonic Teacher Assist<\/strong> &#8211; Teacher-On-Line provides telephonic academic assistance that allows learners to interact with a qualified teacher on a variety of subjects:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CAPS-aligned curriculum preloaded on the interactive teacher platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We help students, grades 4-12.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The curriculum we work from is CAPS (Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement), aligned and relevant to both public and private schools, in all major subjects<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal Assist<\/strong> &#8211; Legal Assist is a 24-hour telephonic advice line manned by qualified in-house attorneys who provide guidance on all legal matters:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Unlimited general telephonic legal advice.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">One free 30-minute consultation.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">One free letter of demand.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">One free telephone call.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Standard documents that can be used by you.<\/span><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Telephonic Trauma Assist<\/strong> &#8211; A policyholder can contact the telephonic trauma line, 24 hours\u00a0a day, to speak to an experienced and caring nurse:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Telephonic trauma debriefing, 24 hours a day, by qualified nurses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the Qualified Nurse\u2019s assessment indicates that the client needs professional assistance, a face-to-face counselling session will be arranged.
